Chapter 10. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

§ 10-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Licensee means any person who holds a license to sell alcoholic beverages.

Malt or brewed beverages, wine or liquor, alcoholic beverages or intoxicating beverages and other terms used in this chapter mean the same as in Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-3-1 et seq.
