§ 10-10. Retail sale of malt or brewed beverages in public areas.

  • It shall be unlawful for any retailer to sell any malt or brewed beverage for consumption on the licensed premises, except in a room or place on the licensed premises at all times accessible to the use and accommodation of the general public. This section shall not be interpreted to prohibit a hotel or club licensee from selling malt or brewed beverages in any room of any such hotel or clubhouse occupied by bona fide registered guests or members entitled to purchase of the malt or brewed beverages.
