Chapter 10A. ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT

§ 10A-2. District description.

Latest version.

An entertainment district as provided in Act No. 2012-438 of the Legislature of the State of Alabama is hereby established in downtown Eufaula with the areas and boundaries as set forth and designated on the map which is attached hereto as exhibit I and incorporated herein.
