§ 23-14. Accidents.

(a)

The driver of an animal-driven carriage shall report any accident involving such carriage to the police department at the time of the accident.

(b)

No animal or carriage involved in an accident where structural damage to the carriage or injury to the animal has occurred shall be operated again until the carriage has been inspected by the risk manager or his/her designee and the horse has been certified for service by a veterinarian licensed in the state.
