§ 23-3. Records.

(a)

Each animal-drawn carriage operator shall maintain at a single location business records of its animal-drawn carriage business. The records must contain the following information at a minimum:

(1)

An identification of the carriage used for each trip;

(2)

The number of trips made by each carriage on a daily basis;

(3)

The number of passengers per trip on a daily basis; and

(4)

An identification of the animal used for each trip and a statement of the periods of work and rest for each.

(b)

Records shall be made available for inspection when requested by the city.
