§ 23-9. Stands generally.

(a)

No parking shall be permitted in the corporate limits of the city except at such stands as may be established by the city. Horse-drawn carriage stands shall be designated by signs. Fees for the use of the stands may be established by the mayor or his/her designee.

(b)

Drivers of horse-drawn carriages operated under this article shall maintain stands in a sanitary condition at all times.
