§ 23-12. Sanitation requirements.

(a)

Manure and urine must be immediately treated with a chemical deodorizing solution, and manure must be removed immediately from the street by the carriage company.

(b)

Horse diapers or other sanitary devices, which prevent excrement from being deposited on the street surface, must be approved for efficiency by the risk manager or his/her designee.
