§ 38-2. Single-member council districts designated.

(a)

The city is divided into five single-member council districts to be designated as District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4 and District 5.

(b)

The redistricting plan, as approved by the U.S. Department of Justice on February 29, 2012, is hereby adopted as the City of Eufaula Voting District Plan.
